UPDATE

TOP NEWS from the European Observatory for Clusters and Industrial Change (EOCIC):

The outcomes of the Second European Cluster Policy Forum: the future of cluster labelling, a cluster mobility scheme and a European Cluster Week – read here the full article on the meeting. And, the First Newsletter of EOCIC freshly published invites you to discover an overview of its activities during the first year.

We are continuously working to make your visit of www.clustercollaboration.eu a better experience! For this purpose and following tests we made over the last months, we re-shaped the structure of our main website by making visible the latest 8 profiled cluster organisations and we gave our Twitter activities a better visibility. We are happy to receive your feedback on these changes or any other suggestions for improvement.

Our ECCP matchmaking events are powerful engines leading to inter-cluster collaboration: read here the summary of the events we organized in 2016-2017 and don’t miss the opportunity to participate in the next ones: EU-KOREA on 6-8 November 2018 in Vienna (new application deadline: 21 September) and EU-Western Balkans on 22-23 November 2018 in Zagreb (new application deadline: 21 September). Funding for participation is available for both events.

Last but not least, we continue our special series of interviews with cluster managers who lead their cluster towards special achievements. It is a particular honour to have this time Bianca Dragomir, cluster manager of AVAESEN and European Cluster Manager of the Year 2016-2018 as our special guest. Read here her encouragement to European clusters to move away from being „clusters-as-usual“ to becoming „clusters-of-change“!

Enjoy reading our Weekly Digest!
